Want a Kigurumi of a specific animal or video game creature but can't find it? Love kigus but they don't come in a comfortable size for you? I can make it! I only work on one kigurumi at a time and have a limited queue. Availability of commission slots will be listed on social media, Etsy, and here.

Design
The design alone is $50. You may contact me about a design at any time and I would be happy to talk. Reference photos of the animal/creature/character you want are greatly appreciated. Your design will also include what fabrics you want the kigu made from, whether you want a zipper or a button opening, and any other special requests (like extra hidden pockets or snap off accessories). At the time of the design you may request a price quote and an estimate for time to completion.
if you would like to play around with the templates at the bottom of this page feel free! do not use them to commission anyone but myself. you can share them as you please (preferably with credit).
Payment
Once you are ready to make your purchase I will create a custom listing for your physical kigu on Etsy. I will not start work on the commission until it is payed in full. Please discuss with me if you would rather not go through Etsy and we may make alternate payment arrangements. Prices start at $500 + materials for a “full” kigu and $400 + materials for a “shorty”. The payment quote may increase based on design dificulty. The price of the design will be subtracted from the quote price when you purchase the physical kigu. If you purchased a design and received a quote but have not decided to purchase at this time, or my current slots are full, please know prices are subject to change, and I only guarantee a quote for 4 months. Commissions are non-refundable once payment has been made.
Process
After payment is received (please note this can take a few days with Etsy) I will shop for materials and begin work on your commission. You will receive pictures of the materials before I begin. If any materials from the design are no-longer available, are a different color from the reference picture, or other issues arise I will contact you immediately. If these issues would cause a severe impact on the design I will not resume work until I have a response. You may expect progress updates, including pictures, throughout the process and you may always contact me to request additional information. I will check again for approval of the pattern for the face or other major details.
Shipping
Shipping is included for those in the continental USA. I can generally fit a Kigu into a “Large” size flat rate box which has USPS 3-day delivery. Tracking is included on all domestic packages. I am happy to ship internationally, but this will be an additional cost and it will take longer to arrive. Any customs taxes or fees are your responsibility.
Other
If you are in my queue and do not respond within a week from when I contact you, then I will move on to the next customer. If you have payed but stop responding to my messages I reserve the right to move on to another project, as I can not complete and ship the kigu without your approval. I generally respond through the Etsy messenger although if you are willing to provide a second method of contact that is appreciated.
“Shorty” kigus have a slightly more limited customizability. I will only make them in knit fabrics (for stretch and breathability) and with zippers or snaps, but not buttons.
I do have a cat, and while she is not allowed on my work space she is often in the same room. If you have allergies order at your own risk.
